In order to register online for the congress, you have to log-in to the system with a login name and password that you should save and remember, as that password will enable you to edit your registration and make all the necessary changes you wish to until 17 April 2018.
After that date, all changes and new registrations must be emailed to the Technical Secretariat risk2018@afidcongresos.com. Should you forget your password, please enter your email address and the system will send you a new one. Should you need help on how to use the registration system, please send a message to risk2018@afidcongresos.com.

Registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions, book of proceedings, congress documentation, welcome reception, and coffee breaks.
(*) Students will have to present a letter from their institution stating that they are registered as full students in a MSc or PhD program during 2018.

Payments made by credit card have to be charged an additional fee of 2% of the total amount.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations should be made in writing to: risk2018@afidcongresos.com. Cancellations received before March 31, 2018 will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of paid delegate fee. After that date, it will be non-refundable.
