The organization of the congress has agreed special deals with a selection of hotels in “El Sardinero” area, close to the conference venue, and also in the city centre, offering special room rates for the delegates and their partners.
These offers are only available when reserving through Afid Congresos. Payment is made upon departure from the hotel. A credit card number is, however, required in order to secure the reservation. No charges will be made to the card at this point.
The participants will be able to book the accommodation as part of the registration process.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations made after 22 April will be charged for one night. In case of “No show”, the total amount of your stay will be charged. All cancellations or changes should be made in writing and sent to the Technical Secretariat Afid Congresos, S.L.: risk2018@afidcongresos.com
